La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta ya que la parada de metro se encuentra cerca y tiene diversos puntos de interés al lado (restaurantes, supermercados, gasolineras). Además, que tenga parking y aire acondicionado es excelente.

A la hora de introducir el número en el telefonillo no abría y menos mal que había un vecino cerca que nos abrió todas las puertas. La cama es un poco incómoda y el apartamento no dispone de persianas, por lo que la luz del sol entra en toda la habitación desde muy pronto.

The apartment itself is quite small but clean and matches the photo online. Adequate cooking utensils were provided.

The property asked for a 350 euro refundable deposit to be sent by wire transfer to their bank account. I did not want to pay the bank fee for this, so they provided me with a payment app to pay by credit card. The property wanted to give me the access codes for the doors the day before arrival, when I would be on a plane, so they provided it 3 days before arrival. When I arrived, the code for the outer gate worked, but the code for the door did not. Fortunately, someone left about the time I arrived, letting me into the building. Otherwise, I would have been stranded. The bed is a pull down from the wall. It has no box springs and the mattress was lumpy. Security was marginal. A man was there changing fire extinguishers and apparently did so while I wasn't in the unit. Shortly thereafter, some KY lubricant I had went missing. Fortunately, all my money was on my person and not left loose in the apartment. After returning home, it took the property almost 3 weeks to refund my deposit. The refund was only forthcoming after I threatened to do a chargeback on my credit card. The entire experience was stressful because the property was slow responding to my requests for information, did not provide correct access codes, and was resistant to refunding my deposit. The price was reasonable, but nevertheless I can't really recommend staying there if you're from the US.

Logement propre et lumineux. Commerces et métro a proximité. Quartier calme. Environ 20 mns du centre-ville en métro.

Me ha gustado todo del alojamiento, lo único que eche en falta era alguna persiana o que la cortina que está en el lado de la cama fuera oscura, pero la verdad que es el mejor alojamiento que te puedes quedar si te quieres quedar en la zona, un 10 y la verdad que lo recomiendo muchísimo
