Location, location location!!! Amazing small old Italian town on top of a hill with all the old feeling of a town that's hundreds of years old. Small streets, very old buildings. Fantastic. Our place was laid out great and looked like the pics!!!

Parking is not labelled well as there is free parking and paid parking but poor signs and if you don't speak Italian ..... so got a parking ticket

con poco questo monolocale potrebbe essere fantastico

posizione stupenda e monolocale molto bene arredato, peccato molto trascurato !

nel monolocale con soppalco NON esiste un bagno con porta, no bidet ( salvo uno "finto" ai piedi del letto unitamente al wc nel soppalco di sopra); doccia senza box con conseguente allagamento post uso, scala per accedere al soppalco molto ripida, pericolosa priva di corrimano o di qualunque cosa che la renda sicura, letto di sopra con materasso da campeggio su rete piu piccola dello stesso, porta finestra con vetro incrinato, poca e scarsa illuminazione, nessuna tenda oscurante sulla porta finestra per cui se vi piace svegliarvi presto....; pavimento rotto in più punti, consiglio soggiorni brevi in quanto NON esiste un armadio ne nessuna soluzione per svuotare la valigia, la macchina da caffe elencata nei servizi non esiste, la lavastoviglie non è funzionante

Licht und Schatten

Das Loft ist prinzipiell so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und damit mega spannend aufgeteilt und sehr individuell. Wir haben einen komplett verregneten Tag gut in dem Loft verbracht. Die Lage ganz oben in Manciano, nur ein paar Schritte vom Stadtturm entfernt, ist sensationell, ob morgens oder zum Sonnenuntergang oder gar bei nächtlichem Gewitter.

Die Kommunikation war anfangs schwierig. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war gar nicht mehr zuständig, sodass wir erst mal vor verschlossener Tür standen und uns durchtelefonieren/whatsappen mussten, bis wir an die Besitzerin und den Code für die Schlüsselbox kamen. Im Detail lässt das Loft dann doch einige Wünsche offen. Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht, die Begrenzungs-Dichtung der Duschtasse war eben nicht dicht, teilweise wirkte das Loft etwas heruntergekommen und abgewohnt. Man konnte den Eindruck gewinnen, dass man sich auf der zugegeben sehr coolen Idee und Umsetzung für das Loft ausruht und nicht mehr viel Herzblut in den Unterhalt investiert.

Molto bello l’appartamento, comodo, pulito, il giardinetto e la terrazza sono incantevoli, letto molto comodo, cucina attrezzata molto bene e con tutto il necessario. Tutto veramente in ordine e curato bene. La proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile anche per indicazioni al di fuori dell’appartamento
