Beautiful house on a hill

We had a wonderful time at this house, in the middle of pure nature on a hill, from where there is a nice view to the toscanian landscape. Our room was beautiful, the whole house was renovated with care and love. We had very kind hosts, even if we didn't talk Italian, we could communicate after all. The location is perfect, close to Saturnia and many medieval towns nearby.

Driving to the house from main road is not that smooth.

Giancarlo and Moira are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the property is very well kept. My 3 y.o. son loved the garden and playing with the dog (Rocco). I would definitely recommend Casale Giacomini.

The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by wineries with a stunning view of Manciano on top of the hill. Such a romantic setting for a couples trip! It was just perfect for us.

Great location with an amazing view! Maura and her husband are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is good and the room was cozy and tidy. The location allows to move around and to rest quietly at night.

That was our the most expensive night during 9 days in Tuscany and the worst one. I am honestly very much surprised about all these positive reviews. The room is small and very clean, it’s close to the Saturnia thermes, and the garden is big and has a lovely view. That’s all the positives of this place.

The place is run by an aged couple, very opinionated, not speaking a word of English. You can’t feel a moment of comfort and freedom there, I felt observed and controlled all of the time. She took our passports and only gave them back when we checked out!!!! Then there is a guest kitchen with a functional gas stove, but you can’t use it, it’s for decoration only! We wanted to cook and have a glass of wine in the evening, but NO - kitchen is for decoration only, and there are no glasses or bottle openers available for guests! All you can do there in the evening is to sit in your 15m2 room and watch the white wall with old school decorations. There’s no relaxed atmosphere for guests, no facilities. Breakfast was all artificial pastries pre-packed, although a home made cake was advertised. And the price for what it is was astonishing- we had amazing villa homes with fireplaces, swimming pool, amazing welcome, jacuzzi for less! Here you are overpaying so much and you get a treatment as in prison for your money. I honestly hated my evening there, luckily I was tired so I fell asleep fast. Don’t stay here unless you are over 50 years old

Wonderful country BNB

The property was a standalone house out in the country with spectacular views. It was a full apartment with three separate bedrooms.

It wasn’t explained that the open area was a shared space. The owners came in and out of the shared space regularly. No one spoke any English at all. But I would go back again cause it was great

Il casale è stupendo, la vista è mozzafiato, gli ettari di terreno che circondano la struttura sono una carezza all'anima. I proprietari sono straordinari, gentilissimi, disponibili, la pulizia degli spazi, sia interni sia esterni, è impeccabile, tutto curato minuziosamente. È stata un'esperienza fantastica, torneremo sicuramente.

E’ un luogo magico che ti rimette in pace. E’ stato bellissimo fare colazione in giardino, super curato. Relax assicurato. Vista su Manciano. Le camere curate e pulite. I proprietari cordiali e disponibili

Die besonders schöne Lage mitten in der Natur

Wir waren von dem Frühstück total enttäuscht. Außer einen Joghurt und etwas Obst gab es nur eingeschweißte Speisen. Keine Wurst, kein Ei und auch kein Käse. Auf Nachfrage für etwas Brot für Marmelade gab es nur altbackenes Weißbrot. Das einzig positive war der Kaffee. Er hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ich liebe dieses Anwesen und möchte am liebsten selbst darin wohnen.

Ein absolutes Traumanwesen mit unsagbar schönem Garten. Es gibt viele Lieblingsplätze: sei es der Hängesessel befestigt an einem riesigen Baum, die Hollywood Schaukel eingebettet in bunter Blumenpracht, ein Liegestuhl mit Weitblick auf Manciano … uvm

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, ein Ventilator brachte bei 26 Grad Nachttemperatur wenig Abkühlung. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und auf süß Esser ausgerichtet.

Posto incantevole!

Posto incantevole! Gli spazi sono arredati con cura e hanno tutto il necessario, ma la vera chicca è il giardino: immenso, pieno di fiori e piante e tanti angolini dove rilassarsi (compresa una Jacuzzi!). I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Il centro di Manciano è a meno di 10 minuti di macchina e le terme di Saturnia a circa 15.

La posizione su una strada sterrata con vari saliscendi non è il massimo, ma ci si abitua in fretta. La colazione non prevede prodotti freschi, ma ci hanno spiegato che devono attenersi a delle regole di igiene.

Pace e relax

Casale meraviglioso,una pace indescrivibile,una vista bellissima su Manciano e sui monti limitrofi ed i proprietari due persone molto gentili. Un toccasana per rigenerare corpo e mente.

L'unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è che la vasca idromassaggio purtroppo non era ancora pronta e quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruirne.

DUE GIORNI IN PARADISO

Impossibile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto, perché è tutto straordinariamente BELLISSIMO... È un"oasi di poesia silenzio e natura , una esplosione di colori di profumi e di sensazioni incredibili ... Vado via con la "certezza" di tornarci presto. Qui ci lascio un pezzo del mio cuore ❤️

Un bel soggiorno

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e curata. La posizione ottima con una vista incantevole (si vede anche il mare) e un tramonto imperdibile che su consiglio del proprietario non ci siamo fatti sfuggire. Una nota positiva anche ai proprietari che ci hanno accolto e salutati in maniere molto educata. Torneremo sicuramente.

La colazione non ci è piaciuta molto per i prodotti.

Adorabile casale sui colli di fronte a Manciano

Raggiungibile in macchina in 5 minuti da Manciano, la posizione è ottima, si trova in un'oasi di pace nel mezzo dei colli, lontana dalle strade principali, ma con una vista invidiabile sul castello del paese. La camera molto confortevole e il letto assai comodo ci hanno fatto passare una meravigliosa notte di tranquillità, ci è sicuramente dispiaciuto di non poter rimanere di più a godere del giardino ben curato e della premura affettuosa dei padroni di casa. La colazione è semplice, ma assemblata con amore, non ci è mancato nulla
