Amazing 3 Levels Penthouse Piazza Venezia

Property was gorgeous, so modern and clean with top facilities, pool and hot tub were larger than expected and fitted around 6/7 of us in at a time comfortably (perfect in the winter!). Amazing location too, its within walking distance of all the good spots! The hosts were great and attentive, helped us out a lot! Thank you to the team at Amazing Suite Rome (Francesca, Martina and Giorgia)!!!

The Hosts were very helpful and kind. Their communication prior to and during our stay was clear and fantastic, and they also responded very quickly to any questions we had. We were met at check in as planned and shown around the apartment. An apertivo basket I had ordered from them was delicious and set us up for our first day/evening in Rome. This apartment was as not only as described, but exceeded our expectations with the modern style, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and location. It was warm and bright with all the facilities we needed for a weeks stay. Information on the local restaurants, transport, supermarkets etc and just about anything was available in a folder and we also communicated via what's app for anything else. Our Hosts informed us there was going to be a transport strike planned in Rome our day of departure so they made sure to book us a Taxi to the Airport. We knew there were several different levels but this wasn't a problem for our family with 2 adult sons, and we all enjoyed having the different spaces to use, the heated spa pool was also a winner after sight seeing during the day! Great location, so central and easy and quick to walk to just about everything.

Although there were a couple of minor things that weren't working as they should, or we weren't sure how to work, they were addressed and remedied straight away. I can't fault the service nor the apartment.
