Brilliant house for a family getaway!

The house was beautiful, and had absoloutley everything we needed and more!! Location was quiet, not far to drive to Filey. The owners were very friendly and responded to queries straight away, super helpful.

One of the showers was a little dirty on the outside. Everything else was spotless. The garden is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures.

Our extended family (8 adults, 1 child, 1 dog ) met up from various locations for a weekend holiday together. Everyone loved their spacious comfortable bedrooms, and the welcome gift basket was a nice touch. The games room was a hit (pool table, darts, foosball), and having a barbeque and patio area outside with plenty of seating was nice for evening gathering in the summer. It was an easy drive to Filey for grocery shopping, and the beautiful expansive coastal beach. We never met the host, but the amenities met or exceeded our expectations, and booking and accessing the key was very straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to return for another family trip.

Excellent, no negatives, highly recommend

Everything, very clean, facilities amazing. Male members of the family loved the games room. Beds were soooo comfortable and sheets super soft. The sofa is amazing and we all want one. The hosts left a welcome hamper, and dog treats, so nice. Highly recommend, we all wanted to stay longer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning house and the games room was well used. We had the best time celebrating with the girls. Perfect venue for a good catch up with family and friends. The property is designed to really allow for quality time and great memories to be made.

Fantastic house!

Fantastic house, really nice size for a big family, loved the games room! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, was lovely to have a welcome package with popcorn and Prosecco. It's dog friendly, had dog bowls provided, plenty of board games, it was clean and tidy. The location is great if you have a car, only 5 minute drive to the Yorkshire distillery and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The only bad thing I can think of is there isn't much around if you want to go for a walk. The car parking space is also abit of a tight squeeze!

Amazing house.

This house is amazing. It was spotless when we arrived, and there was everything you'd ever need. The bar/games room kept everybody entertained (our two oldest Grandchildren called it the day room). Any questions we had was answered quickly by the hosts. Our old dog was happy to sunbathe in the front garden, and have a little plod around the green just outside the front gate. Everybody was sad when it was time to leave.

The house is very spacious, cosy and very well equipped. The decoration and furniture are to a high standard. The games room in the detached garage is a fantastic extra. We enjoyed walking in the surrounding area.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay at Oak House! The kids spent many hours in the games room, exploring the house and playing the board games provided. We also found Reighton a perfect location for exploring the nearby towns and beaches in Filey and Bridlington. We would definitely return. 10/10 for the thoughtful hosts who kept in touch and answered any questions we had!

Everything!!! It was gorgeous, spacious, comfy and warm. The living room and dining room were plenty big enough for 10 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were big and the beds comfy.
