Thought it was going to be out of the way, but is was equidistant between Filey and Bridlington.
The house was roomy, clean. and very comfortable. Dining Table was huge and was great for the family meals (13 of us)
The Hot Tub proved to be very popular. The bathroom on the first floor was amazing.
Plenty of room for Parking
Only problem we had was the Smoke Alarm in the second floor bedroom would not stop pipping.
We notified the owners but had no reply.
As a suggestion could you please put a towel in the downstairs cloakroom.

The property suited our party size ideally with all of the our needs met in terms of facilities etc, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location for branching out in different directions with lots to do locally.

Loved the house it was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a special birthday. Lots of space for people to get together or even have their own space.
the only down side was not being able to open any windows, especially with it being so warm at the moment.

Bedrooms were lovely and beds comfortable.
Communication from host was good.
Lots of flies in the kitchen and living room.
Floors could be cleaner.
