Love this home! Lots of parking, spacious home from home. Comfy beds, & very clean

Family Holiday

The large spaces to come together as a group and the separate living rooms to separate for quieter times.

Issues with WiFi on the first day, but messaged the host and all.sorted by the morning.

Home from Home!! Lovely family get away that fully caters for everyone.

The owners have thought of everything. Spacious, cosy and clean.

One bed was really hard, however the majority was really comfy.

Great house for large groups

This property was great for our large group with plenty of space for everyone. Having lots of ensuite rooms was also a bonus . The large hot tub was used lots by everyone. Lots of parking space

The timing for the heating needs adjustment I think although you could manually override it for short periods.

Great family get together space.

Great larger property for bringing family together for celebrations etc. Clean with extra kettles, toasters mugs etc for larger groups. Friendly and responsive host contact and overall glad we booked as everyone had a good experience. Thanks.

The perfect birthday getaway

Location is excellent, the house is big and amazing for kids to play hide and seek. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay for adults as well as kids. The wood for the fire place was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the walk to the beach. The perfect stay for a birthday getaway. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Excellent stay would definitely visit again

The host was lovely and very communicative and helpful. The house was clean and well presented, well equipped with everything we needed, pet friendly, great parking. Hot tub was great. Perfect weekend getaway for my birthday.

WiFi was a little spotty but we did have 10 people using various devices at once to play games.

Made lovely memories with my family at the most perfect location.

Very clean and comfortable, perfect getaway with small children had a high chair and stair gate with a crib. Lots to do near by too.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bedrooms were really nice / clean and majority had an en-suite or their own bathroom which was good.

The two living rooms stank of urine, all over the sofa’s - when I emailed the host on the first night of staying there they just said ‘thank you for letting us know’ - 3 days later with no apology or attempt to come and clean them. The living rooms were very small for the amount of people who could sleep in the property. The kitchen/ outside area also wasn’t clean and we found a poo bag as soon as we walked in just laying on the floor.

Fantastic property, really comfortable, well equipped, brilliant long weekend spent with family

The host was lovely and communicated really well. The property was fantastic for our family get together and excellent value for money. The beds were so comfy and there was so much useful cooking equipment and crockery, we had an absolutely unforgettable long weekend with our family and are so grateful to the hosts for giving us this opportunity to make such special memories. Thank you.

The cold water was slightly intermittent, meaning you would get warm water sometimes whilst running the cold water. The hot water in the kitchen is extremely hot, painfully hot tbh.

There was nothing to dislike, any minor niggles we had are being sent to owners, and did not deter us from liking the property.

Good location , near bus stop to get into bridlington . Good size bedrooms

Not very clean , found dirty socks and cushions under sofa . Rules all around the house to follow but yet the house next door also owned by the same owners had us up untill 3,30 am playing loud music and partying and we couldn't get hold of the owners to sort out the problem. Cameras over both doors and near the hot tub felt like we was on big brother constantly being watched.
