The apartment had everything i needed - great location - right next to the park / skatepark and supermarket - short walk to the beach and train station - plenty of shops / bars / eateries in the area.
Only criticism is the balcony is right above a busy street so sitting out in the evening is fairly noisy - inside the apartment is totally fine though.
