Casa Zefiro, tra pineta e mare!

Easy access with clear instructions. Cleanliness was impeccable. We asked Stefania if we could leave our luggage before the check in time and she was very nice to let us in while she was cleaning, and already from the nice smell, we could tell she was very dedicated to keep the place clean. The house had all the amenities needed by a couple or family. We had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs where the owner was very welcoming. We have no complaints at all. Fregene can be extremely quiet at the end of September, which can be good and bad, depending on the vibe that you're looking for. We loved it! Having a car is ideal but we enjoyed walking and taking the bus.

Easy parking, easy access, clean and tidy, good location and excellent host. Lots of great facilities all you could need.

It was perfect . Nothing negative

Beautiful view from the bedroom, very clean all around, use of the washer + 1 washing capsule, quiet, 10 min walk to the beach, comfy, neighbors were away, good communication with host

There should be a disclaimer that there is a giant 5G tower on top of the building. Otherwise, note that "dryer" is a drying rack + a heated towel rack in the bathroom. Going in late September meant it was off season, so be aware that no restaurants are open at normal or posted times.
