Safe neighbourhood, 5 min away market, well connected area: 5 minutes away metro station and 10 minutes away a funicular that takes to a nice belvedere over the sea. We loved the neighbourhood because it was close to the sea, and we enjoyed evening walks near the sea. Room was clean, warm design, we felt like home. Our host was very kind & helpful
For light sleepers as myself the area was not noisy, instead I was waked up by the noise of the flushing system from the next door apartment. For the bathtub, be mindful and monitor the flow of water and the temperature of the boiler to make sure you have enough warm water for your bath

A localização é ótima perto de supermercado e metrô. O bairro é seguro com restaurantes e bares que atendem jovens e idosos. O anfitrião Alessio é muito gentil e nos informou de lugares turísticos e sempre esteve a disposição. O apartamento é amplo com toda comodidade, limpo e com portaria.

Alessio foi bem atencioso. Tivemos problema com o boiler e ele prontamente foi ajudar. O quarto verde é mais espaçoso. Pudemos usar a máquina de lavar também, o que foi ótimo.

Sound proofing definitions might vary. The guests in the neighbouring apartment could be heard through the wall several times.
