Appartamento grande, ambienti ampi, completa di elettrodomestici, accesso facile alla struttura con eccellente organizzazione per il check-in e check out, arredo moderno e funzionale, vani docce ampi. Posizione eccellente per vicinanza alla metropolitana, funicolare e autobus. Supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Particolarmente gradito il kit pulizia stoviglie.
Si consiglia di aggiungere almeno uno strofinaccio in cucina e bottiglia d'acqua in frigo per accoglienza.

Appartamento molto grande, in posizione ottimale in un bel quartiere. A due passi dal lungomare con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi il centro storico. Un mercato rionale a pochi passi
Cucina ben attrezzata
Entrambe le televisioni non programmate ( una senza collegamento con l'antenna). Sono poi intervenuti e risolto il problema, anche se era l'ultimo dell'anno.
Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e avremmo gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua.

The area and the apartment itself
NOISY noisy street at night. Like being next to a raceway. There were little black bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. I asked the manager about them and sent a picture. No response.

La grandeur de l'appartement ainsi que les 2 salles de bains. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et la sonorisation correcte.
La propreté du logement était très moyenne (balai non nettoyé), lampadaire dans le salon cassé, équipements ménagers
du logements pas très appropriés (plaque induction avec équipements non conformes donc adaptateur ), il serait judicieux de changer les ustensiles de cuisine plus que moyens au niveau propreté. La bouilloire pleine de tartre non nettoyée. Les produits de nettoyage pour l'appartement étaient inexistants.... Dommage car l'appartement était très bien.
