Kyntherland House

Everything was wonderful! The host was incredibly gracious and helpful. We loved the space and the neighborhood was terrific.

We loved this property, it is well located if you want to be in a busy area with great food all around you but not too busy. Very spacious and clean accommodation and fantastic communication from the hosts throughout. Our favourite location was the balcony in the evening.

Could do with a few more plates and cutlery so that you don’t have to wash up 3x a day - but only a minor point.

Excellent location, big enough to comfortably has a family of five, well stocked enough to make meals, we made dinner three or four times and breakfast and lunch a couple of times. It’s clean and the host is one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever had. We actually left an item that was worth a fair amount of money and he kindly let us know immediately and mailed it back. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to any of my closest friends.

I will say that the living room air-conditioning shut itself off about every 45 minutes and had to be unplugged and restarted, which was a bit of a bummer and the sheets in the master bedroom were fairly scratchy, also the master bathroom plumbing was very loud, it made the craziest noise if you used the bathroom or the shower at night. Also, it was so well stocked and comfortable that there’s really not much to say about it although I did sit on the couch and look for a place to set a glass or a plate so maybe a coffee table when he gets a chance. But honestly, everything about this place was 10 stars.
