About this apartment rental
The Accommodation:
Large apartment of 160 square meters located in a residential area but with all the services a few meters. Supermarket, Tabac shop, Pharmacy, Bar, Pizzeria, Ice, Cinema within 50 mt.
It is within 5 min. walk well 2 metro Metro Hilly connecting to the Central Station and 3 Cable cars that allow you to quickly reach the historic center and the Port.
Guest Access:
The house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 with 3 single beds, all with balcony, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Also in the living room there is also a double sofa bed.
Ability to add 1 bed. Kitchen available with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Large living room with television and DVD player, there are 2 bathrooms, one inside to a double, equipped with a set of towels and hairdryer. Availability of iron and ironing board and Drying. The building gives access to a beautiful garden and 30 meters. there is a free carport.
Interaction with guests:
I'll always be, barring unforeseen circumstances, to welcome guests and to give all the necessary information for their stay, as well as the end of that I will personally check out.
The District:
The Vomero is a hilly district full of all that is desirable. For those who enjoy shopping and entertainment, and there is a wide, tree-lined pedestrian area, full of shops and eateries and aggrgazione. For relaxation or jogging is the beautiful Villa Floridiana inside which is also the National Museum of Ceramics Duke of Martina.
On top of the district is the Castel Sant 'Elmo and the adjacent Certosa di San Martino and its museum, which overlooks the entire historic center and where is admirable the famous "Spaccanapoli".
A tour around:
The Vomero is well connected with the rest of the city with several stops of the Metro which arrives to the Central Station, from here many as 3 Funicular leading in different areas of the city "low" including Riviera di Chiaia, Piazza Plebiscito and Teatro San Carlo as well in different parts of the historical center "of Europe's largest."
Other things to highlight:
There is a possibility (to be programmed ahead of time) to offer a transport service and guide to all the main tourist attractions of Campania: Pompeii, Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Caserta Royal Palace, etc ..

Smoking is tolerated but to avoid in the bedroom and in the bathroom.
Small pets are welcome, we love a lot, but often we can not say the same about some bosses ...

For decades, my best friend and I had planned on traveling to Italy together. After visiting the Umbria and Tuscany regions, we took a train into Naples. There, we planned to explore the city and then make our way to either Positano or Sorrento for a night. Those plans never materialized because we were unable to find transportation. Uber doesn't work there -- it defaults to a taxi service where no cars could ever be found. When I asked the host, Niki, about car services, he knew of none, although he does offer tours of his own.One rainy day, we walked to the taxi stand nearby and waited for almost an hour for a taxi that never came. The next day, we tried the Metro, something we had hoped to avoid. We're both over 70 and healthy but not familiar with subway systems. And sure enough, we had a very stressful situation; however, we made our way to the Centro area where we were shocked to find beautiful historic buildings covered with graffiti. The highlight of that day was a little restaurant recommended by the lovely hostess Monika. Tucked away amid the bustling narrow, cobblestoned streets, we found the best food we had in Naples -- Genovese pasta -- at Tandem Ragu. I highly recommend this place -- just be ready to walk, phone in hand for directions!We absolutely loved the apartment and found many delightful restaurants nearby, but we were basically stuck in that area. For those who have transportation and wish to explore beyond the area, it might be ideal.

Our group of 7 friends stayed in the apartment for 3 nights while exploring the gorgeous city of Napoli, and absolutely loved it! Niki gave us a very warm welcome and went above and beyond as a host. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and we had everything we needed — it was easy to reach other places via the metro, and there were cafes and food places nearby as well as a well-equipped kitchen when we’d decided to cook our own meals. Would love to return to Napoli in the future and would absolutely try to stay here again if travelling in a large group.

The appartment was ideal for us, well appointed, spacious, close to metro and food options, and away from the business of the city center, but still easily accessed. Our host was wonderful, gave great tips for seeing the city, and we opted for a tour with him to Amalfi that was above and beyond expectations. Everything was set up for a very comfortable stay. We were two couples, but easily could have accomodated three. We felt very well looked after. We’d be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay in Naples. Nikki was an amazing host. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. We would stay here again.
