Good location, nicely renovated apartment, good wifi. Excellent instruction on how to access the keybox plus a web interface to open the external doors without the key. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, even some basics stuff were provided in the kitchen that is not general for such apartments in my expreience (i.e. new sponge and liquid for diswashing, paper towel, some sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, tin and plastic foil etc.). The Biagletti capsule-coffee machine is great, you can buy the capsule in the nearest small gorcery store.
Almost nothing just a couple of minor issues. There was no microwave in the kitchen (it wasn't promised either). The drain in the bathroom sink started clogging up (but was still usable) - I'm sure that the maintenance staff takes care of it quickly.
We stayed for a week and a vacuum cleaner could've been useful. There was a broom and a mop so not a big deal.
