Sehr gute Lage inmitten der wichtigsten Stadtviertel. Sehr ruhig. Perfekte Verdunkelung. Hübsche Einrichtung. Grosser Vorplatz mit Sonne bis am Mittag im April. Laden um die Ecke. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Kann im April kühl sein. Auf dem Vorplatz fehlt Schatten (kein Sonnenschirm). Küche könnte vollständiger sein (es fehlen z.B. Raffel, Schneidbrett)

房屋是个独立建筑，有个院子，可以做饭，晒衣服，生活条件优越，有车位，适合比较长时间逗留
位置在山上，如没车不太方便，意大利南部可能就是这样，长期生活在大城市，觉得有点累
