Prime Location 2BD Serviced Apt at Surfers Paradise

The host was amazing she did everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

Location and the facilities

The apartment had everything one needs when away from home. The view was excellent, city with ocean backdrop peeking through the buildings. Beautiful sunrises to be had sitting out on the balcony. Olivia is an excellent host very helpful & available upon phone call & text. The instructions for check in were clear, easy read and close to the apartment. Note: There are 2 x lockbox stands at the key collection store. There's loads of lock boxes so check both stands but in this single instance it's on the newspaper stand which is also pictured in the instructions. The apartment & location for the cost was excellent value for money.

The apartment could be cleaner, on arrival there was an olive on the floor of bedroom with 2 single beds and the tiled floor in kitchen was slippery.

Location was great, parking was easy, pool area was nice.

As some who has done cleaning... the place was eww. Dirty fridge door, the bench wasnt even wiped down, there was a used bandaid in the lil laundry area, there were dust bunnies and crumbs under the lounge, spill marks on the shutters, dead roaches on the floor, kids mouth marks on the windows ect. Beds were clean though.
