The pools and other facilities were a good standard.

The apartment we had, room 2011 was a real let down. It needs a good deep clean, new bench tops and painting, the view was of the roof below which needs to be cleared of all the rubbish on it.

Room was perfect ....checkin process was easy....

Location of the hotel is great for easy walkable access to most things. Check in was fast and easy with very detailed instructions provided. Parking was very close to room which made the transition very easy! 2 bedrooms were greatly sized, 3rd room tiny but suitable size.

Hotel room has not had much upkeep. Most walls has holes behind the doors, behind the tv unit was so dirty and hasn't been cleaned for awhile. One of the toilets were also dirty on arrival. The room overall was comfortable and adequately furnished. The cushion covers were all dirty/stained and there was no windows in the 2 bedrooms resulting in a very dark/unappealing space with little to no ventilation. Our checkout time was 10am, however we had people (cleaners) knock on our door a little after 9:30 to come in and clean.

Great location, pools were great too.

The kitchen bench tops were disgusting and they’re not food safe the paint was on everything. Looking over the balcony onto the rooftop was disgusting. All needs to be cleaned. All the grout in the bathrooms are going mouldy, the washing machine tub isn’t spinning so didn’t wash the clothes or spin out the water.
