The property is in a great location, very close to public transport and one block from the beach and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Cavill St. The unit is spacious for 2 people with a view over the river. Loved the walk in robe so that you could keep your belongings out of the bedroom and generally keep the space tidy. The kitchen and separate laundry had a great range of basics. The bathroom had dual sinks so no fighting over space. The whole unit had plenty of storage. We would choose to stay here again.

Having to collect key from Coastal Letting was inconvenient. While the process that they have once you are there is really good, having to stop on your way to the accommodation was not the best. Having only one fob for access meant being very careful about walking out the door and not forgetting the fob to avoid a replacement fee or assistance to get in to the unit. The bathroom lacked enough toiletries. One measly body wash that barely washes one person was not great. We had expected to find pump products on the wall. We did have to go and purchase some bathroom basics. I don't consider the bathroom to be as clean as it could be. It is very dated and just worn out. There may have been a TV in the bedroom once. Would have been nice to have but not essential.

NO wifi, when asked about wifi no reply. Smell from laundry drain in the mornings was worst. Another car parked in my spot and when i tried to contact the property manager coastal they didnt respond for 19hours. I parked in another spot for 30 min and got a letter from body corp.
