Sitio muy tranquilo y seguro. La casa nos encantó amplia y cómoda. Cerca de sitios para comprar en supermercado y para desayunar o comer . Y también cerca un parque para poder salir a correr.
Me gustó todo en general , quizá en cuanto a la limpieza solo decir que en las habitaciones sobre todo había algo de polvo en las mesillas de al lado de la cama .

These were not dealbreakers but to take into considerations: It is near a pretty active street, but nothing close to high traffic I would say. Secondly, one of the rooms didn’t have the window AC, which was a bit of a bummer but totally understandable due to the layout of the room. There are two window ACs in the house: one in the living room, and primary bedroom. We could have the second room door open but they wanted privacy too.

Location, very clean and welcoming home! Easy to work with. I highly recommend 'Charming 1930s Style Rustic Home! If I am ever in Eugene again, I will definitely try to book this home! So charming, homey & clean.

It was super clean. Parking was easy as the whole yard is parking
It was about 20 feet from a very busy road and the smell of carbon dioxide gave me a headache every day. I could hear the neighbors moving around. Not a quiet house. Bugs entered through the openings in the window where air conditioner was.
