The most amazing people who work there, who are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful while excelling at their job. The rooms are beautifully designed and let you completely feel at home. The food at Amaroo’s restaurant is divine, you can see how much work got into every little detail on the menu. The Tuna Cevice is to die for and also the rest of the breakfast options are a great mix of local and international cuisine. Further, the cocktails are very well chosen and delicious. Also, the opportunity of being able to use the pool at the sister hotel is a fantastic option.

The only minor little thing I would change is to put more hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. and more cloak hangers. :)

It is well located, you have direct way to the beach and the view ist amazing. The hotel includes a bar directly at the beach.

I loved how accommodating and flexible Mel & Supun were. Great Hosts and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who goes to Sri Lanka.

The location at Amaroo resort was great. The view from the room was amazing for the price we paid. Mel, Sapun and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

No bar fridge in the room and the water in the water cooler wasn’t very cold.
