The position is fantastic! A short walk to the town, the excellent views make the the uphill and a few steps worthwhile. The communication was prompt and we found our way through the access instructions without too much trouble. The rooms were as features on the listing, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms neat and clean. We were glad to have the parking bay for the car.

The wifi was out, we were told that the modem was damaged by a prior renter and we received apologies. There was no hot water, but I figured out that the water heater was in power saving mode - so one quick button press was all it took to get it heating up and we didn’t have further issues with that. The cooktop had one good working ring, the others were not able to heat too well or we were just unable to figure out how to operate it properly. Nothing too serious overall and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The most beautiful location ever! Very classical Italian design and decor. On site parking and very spacious accommodation. Great location!

The walls in the upstairs bedroom have dead mosquitos all over them (and the resultant blood which is kind of gross). The house could use a deep clean, but is generally clean. The kitchen has lots of stuff in it, but is missing a lot of basic utensils for cooking (like a cutting board).

The apartment exceeded my expectations, with a very cozy atmosphere and a magnificent view from the living room and terrace that will definitely be remembered for a long time. The host, Lorenzo, was quick to respond to any questions and was very friendly. I would like to stay again.

The kitchen utensils were missing a spatula for making omelettes and meat. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped.

pas d eau chaude au lavabo dans la salle de bain du premier étage lustre central de la chambre du sous sol pas d ampoule donc il faut aller allumer les deux lampes de chevet humidité et salpêtre sur le bas des murs et dans toutes les autres pièces télévision en panne draps de lits pas adaptés et de qualité plus que médiocre un seul torchon deux bols pour une location de 6 personnes des verres tout blanc de calcaire inutilisables des casseroles et des poêles à jeter une bouilloire blanche de calcaire pas de grille-pain avertis conciergerie on attends toujours ...au vue de notre mécontentement a notre départ ils nous ont exemptés de la taxe de séjour 50 euros photos a l appuie Points positifs une vue incroyable sur Rapallo un espace dans la villa plus agréable et une maison tres bien chauffée malgré son volume BN. Prevoir un véhicule pas trop large pour accéder à la villa dans la copropriété et quelques difficultés pour en sortir dans un virage sur une route très fréquentée
