Location was fabulous! Loved that there was a bathtub not just a shower. The kitchen was nice and clean and bright. Loved that it was ground floor!
Beds were old and not so comfortable.
Was NOT clearly stated that linens and towels were not included on Booking.com
Dish Rack was a bit rusty.
Bath mat was hard wood and not comfortable so had to use a face towel.
Patio should have some flower pots bc it’s an amazing patio!

Location very good for beach and the town centre. Very comfy, spacious, furniture a bit dated. Private access that leads to the front door. 3 min walk to town centre, 2 mins to the beach. Parking spot for car a big bonus. Nice place Sheringham, very friendly people. nice shops, pubs.
Sea views very misleading on description!!!. Two very tiny views of the sea. NO WASHING MACHINE, which i think is a must, even for a week, let alone a 26 night which I stayed, I had to use launderette, which is very expensive, freezer which is pointless. Shower head was abysmal, electric showers have no power, bought a shower head in town to replace it, if you have a lot of hair, good luck in washing it, ( I am bald, so no bother).
