    Staff allowed us to pack our luggage’s in the restaurant and even offered us drink !

    This is a small hotel with less than 100 rooms. It is quite new and the room facilities are modern (with energy saving lighting and electrically driven curtain, 40+ inches LED TV, good WiFi, air con, and security system). Room size is okay for hotel in London. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good as well. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the nearest train station and there are many bus routes that are close to the hotel.

    Rooms were really clean and reception/staff all super helpful Location of the hotel is very convenient to travel to different places with tube and train hubs Air con was good just have to ask for front deck to adjust temp Room furnitures really new Only rooms are small 😆

    The sheets they say they only change it every couple of days!! Every thing is self service!! Staff most of them rude except two were nice and friendly. It’s the first time I hate it when I come back to my hotel
