** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $750.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Security Camera: One on the column of the terrace facing the main door.
- *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.

At the beginning of our it was obvious that the unit was not set-up for long term renters. The staff quickly reacted to all our requests and were able to prepare meals and do laundry efficiently. The preparation of our own meals was essential becuase of the cost of dining out. The one thing missing was patio furniture for us to relax outside, The guests next to us had a beuatiful set of patio furniture and a hammock. we had to small chairs and a small table. If that happened this unit would be agem

The property is located a bit away from Playa Potrero but is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) of it. Appreciated the quietness of the area, access to a good bakery, and restaurants (especially liked Reparito House) near Playa Penca.
