The grounds are so beautiful, the trees were full of mangos! I am sorry to see the pool is not up to par The pool pump seems to be working poorly. The water was cloudy and there was visible algae so didn't go in the pool . The casita is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was tidy and has most of the comforts of home. A/C works well. Beds are comfy. The septic needed to be emptied so the bathroom drain was "fragrant'. The property manager's were excellent in responding to any emails about minor issues at the property. The new lock on the front door has pluses and minuses. The door will lock automatically but there is no door latch so the door blows open. This means that you have to lock/unlock the door even if you are sitting on the patio. The management company is friendly and efficient. They were quick to respond and brought us batteries for the door lock, propane for the bbq, dish towels, a lightbulb for the bedroom table lamp, as well they sent someone to confirm the septic was saturated. All and all we enjoyed our stay!

This was our 3rd visit to 412b. We’ll be back. Appreciate that they’ve upgraded the cooking pots and pans. We had everything we needed this time. Even enough toilet paper for the whole visit! Small things go a long way to making these travellers happy. 😁
The only thing that we would have found useful is a how-to guide for the stovetop and tv.
Really beautiful accommodations and fun group of other travellers in the complex.
Very much looking forward to our next visit.
