Bordering the city and Carlton, you’ll be primely positioned to explore the very best Melbourne has to offer, with the free tram just two minutes’ walk away. Plus, you’ll be able to take advantage of the trendy Carlton eateries, cafes and breweries.

Location meets contemporary living in a modern, one bedroom apartment with a balcony. A large bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and direct access to the balcony that overlooks the street.
A comfortable living area features a sleek, two-person couch, modern timber furniture and a wide-screen LCD TV; while a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances including a gas cooktop, oven and full-sized fridge.
A pristine bathroom has a spacious vanity, shower, toilet and the convenience of a washing machine and a dryer. Additional luxuries include air conditioning and heating and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The apartment does not come with a parking space, and street parking in the area has time restrictions.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

You’ll also be within walking distance of the famed Lygon Street, Chinatown and Melbourne Museum; as well as Carlton’s bustling ‘Little Italy’.
On the weekend, head to the city’s popular Queen Victoria Market—just a six minute walk away—to find a bustling marketplace of food trucks, clothing, jewellery and trinkets.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Sorry, but council rules prevent us from installing lockboxes for keys in this area. Our standard check-in hours are from 3pm to 9pm. If you check in after 9pm, a $35 fee applies. Please inform us as soon as possible if you'll be late to meet our key handler. We charge $50 per hour for late arrivals, which is the fee the service provider costs us.
Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
Please note that this property may experience some noise from nearby streets, which could impact light sleepers.
