Ideally located just moments from the many neighbourhood cafes, shops, parks, and the beautiful Yarra River, this single level, one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base from which to discover the local attractions.
When you're not dining out, the well-equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and other cooking essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. A four-seater table setting offers a cosy spot to enjoy your breakfast, or take advantage of the Nespresso machine and head out to the balcony to sip your coffee in the sun.
In the air-conditioned living area, kick back with a movie on the oversized couch, or simply enjoy the views out to the surrounding greenery. When it comes time to retire, you'll find a queen-size bed and mirrored built-ins in the bedroom, while the bathroom includes a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – for guest use.

The apartment is very small and in need of a thorough clean: Walls scuff marked, sofa full of stains, dust on all surfaces, carpet stained and in need of a deep clean. I couldnt get access to the parking area for 5 days and had ti chase people to help me. The ‘host’ never returned any message.
