Guests will have private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Ideal for one person short stay. Close to trams buses and trains to the CBD, restaurants, Yarra river and many facilities. We stayed for 19 days which was not ideal as one set of sheets and towels and keys. There was a washer but no dryer so we needed same day laundry service to use. There were 2 elevators for 19 floors and one was out of service one week into our trip until we left. Also we were awoken every night night at 2.30 am by NBN low battery alarm which we had to silence but it only lasted for 24 hours and we could not silence it before going to bed.
