All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wow, this place is AMAZING!!! My family stayed here for 7 days and we enjoyed our time here!!! The area is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in close proximity to the pool(s) and 20 minutes from Disney World which I loved as we were traveling to the parks during our trip. The place was neat, clean, and spacious with all the necessary appliances we needed during our stay. I will definitely be choosing this as my place to stay next year!!!

The stay was okay with some issues I would describe as an annoyance. Some light bulbs were out. The place was dusty with dead bugs on the window sills. The when the air conditioner turned on, it was extremely loud and could not hear the T.V. The Master bedroom did not have black out shades and it was difficult to sleep, as well as you could hear all the school busses and trucks right outside the window very early in the morning.No early check in allowed, not even able to access the pool. We had to walk around in the heat until our room was ready. No towels in the fitness room. Pools were a little dirty and not consistently maintained. You had one towel per guest. Things I liked were the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were good.

Good location within easy driving distance to Disney. Ample parking. Condo was on third floor but elevator made luggage handling a breeze. Area was quiet at night. Beds very comfortable. Strong WiFi.
