About this apartment rental
In the living area, a rich brown, two-seater couch sits on a thick blue rug, blending effortlessly with the polished timber flooring that runs throughout the apartment. Plush yellow curtains create an effective partition to create a sense of privacy between the dining table and the living area.
Wall-to-wall sliding doors in the living room offer stunning views of the city. Alternatively, relax on the balcony in a rattan outdoor egg chair and gaze out at sunset-tinged clouds and city crowds far below. Whip up a delicious home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, while a four-seater round table offers plenty of dining space.
In the bedroom, stretch out in comfort on the queen bed while you gaze out at the city skyline from wall-to-wall windows. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a large mirrored vanity, and a sink.
Head downstairs for an invigorating morning workout in the gym, before cooling off with a few laps in the pool. Or have a more relaxed outing in the spa or at the podium garden.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. You'll have access to a communal indoor swimming pool, sauna, garden areas and gym. Please make yourself at home!
[Toiletries]
We provide a starter pack for basic toiletries - shampoo, conditioner and body wash (30ml bottles) and a bar of body soap. A 30ml dishwashing/dishwasher detergent and a 40g washing machine powder are also provided for your convenience.
This apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from Southern Cross Station, the access point for both the City Loop, and urban train lines throughout Melbourne.
Visit Melbourne’s Immigration Museum on Flinders Street to see the waves of immigration through the country’s founding, or head to one of the city’s iconic laneways to view its world-renowned street art.
Take a ride to Flinders Street Station and walk from there to second-hand bookstore City Basement Books, next to the Rendezvous Hotel. Their books are stacked floor to ceiling, so be sure to pick up at bite to eat and a drink at Baguette or Coffee HQ first.
Enjoy a little retail therapy at Bourke St Mall, or head across to the Paris End of Collins St, stopping at Strozzi for coffee. The scenic Flagstaff Gardens is the perfect place for lunch in the summer or winter. If you want to stay inside shopping and dining during the colder weather, take the City Loop to Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, a massive five-level complex of 300 retailers.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged during your stay. This service is at the guest’s expense and includes a general clean of the property. Please contact us to confirm the schedule and applicable fee.
