Welcome to the Hart House, an impeccable, spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home with a gas fireplace, secluded hot tub and epic views in the "Hart" of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
Upon entering the bright and cheerful home, you're greeted by the floor to ceiling windows of the Great Room. A majestic double sided stone fireplace is at the center of the room surrounded by plush accent chairs and a leather couch. Switch on the gas stove and settle in for family movie night fireside or snuggle into one of the comfortable chairs for an afternoon with a favorite book, accompanied by the incredible views. The home offers high speed Starlink Internet, so you'll have no trouble streaming family favorites on blustery days or sneaking in some work from your family holiday when needed. The live edge dining table offers spacious, and comfortable seating for eight where you can enjoy meal time or game time alike with your loved ones. The corner office space offers a standard size desk and double monitors for guest use.
The large well appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, and is outfitted with every kitchen gadget you may desire to whip up your favorite family meal. Beautiful aspen views through the kitchen window above the sink mean even the task of washing the dishes is an enjoyable one.
Fireside seating and a plush king size bed fitted with our cozy cotton bed linens await you in the Master Suite. The room features a large walk-in closet and En Suite Bathroom with a spacious vanity, standard toilet and a bathtub shower combo perfect for sinking in for quiet soak after a long day of adventure.
Across the home, another spacious bedroom offers a plush and cozy, king size bed, fitted with our cozy cotton bed linens, plentiful storage in a spacious closet, and large windows that offer second-floor views of the property. The Central Bathroom offer is a spacious vanity, standard toilet, and step in shower.
Down the steps to the ground floor of the home, you'll enter a spacious entryway with an indoor basket ball game that will offer hours of fun for your family. The ground floor office space offers a second oversize desk with double monitors available for guest use. The Ground Floor Bedroom features two plush and comfortable queen size beds, plenty of storage space with a full-size closet and armoire, direct walkout access to the hot tub and a large en suite bathroom. The ground floor En Suite bathroom offers a large double vanity, standard toilet, and a bathtub,/shower combo. Step out the door of the ground floor bedroom to a secluded hot tub where you can enjoy a hot soak after days filled with fun and adventure. This home also offers a double garage bay for guest use, a rare find for rental homes in this area! The double garage makes loading and unloading your personal items a breeze, regardless of the weather outside. Guests have access to a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer unit, so there is no need to waste precious vacation time at the laundromat in town! The upper deck of the home runs the length of the house, with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, and outdoor dining set, a stainless Weber grill, and a propane fire table and there is a large fenced in area of the yard at the back of the home.
Ranch of the Rockies is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe elk, deer and foxes (just to name a few of the critters!) right on the property.
The driveway is plowed in the winter and the roadways are maintained by the county, but 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED from November through May due to the frequent snow storms in this area.
Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "base camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.

* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.

The location is great if you want some peace and quiet. We loved the preparedness of the property and all the amenities available. We also enjoyed the short drive into town. The only thing that would’ve been nice is that all sound carries into the master bedroom; a bit of soundproofing built into the design would’ve helped.

Everything was perfect. The house lived up to its listing as did the views and property. Communication was great with the owners. The house was immaculate!

We loved staying here! It was a quiet place with a beautiful view, away from any other people. We cooked all our meals and there was adequate pans and utensils in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out.
