About this house rental
Everything you love about BV is walkable from this completely remodeled house. Just steps from Main Street and a short walk to South Main, town square and the Arkansas River. This house is super clean, with new appliances and furniture. You're just 10 minutes from Cottonwood and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and 20 minutes from Salida. Get to Monarch and Ski Cooper ski resorts in under an hour. This is our 2nd home and we want to share it with others who will treat it like their own. Features 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin over double. The living room has a nice, new sleeper sofa. Bonus room that can be used as a small 4th bedroom, office or play area for the kids. Giant yard with fire pit.

This home's location is excellent and the kitchen is well-stocked, making it a great spot whether you want to cook at the house or go out for every meal. We enjoyed the nice side yard a lot too! It's really comfortable, the owners were very responsive, and I would definitely stay there again. There are fans for every room which helped a lot during our warm week in BV, but there is only one AC split system in the main family room so the bedrooms got warm during the day and the house was hot when we checked in. If you're sensitive to heat and want AC in every room, consider that if booking a summer stay.

Everything was perfect and so easy. Great house, great manager/owners. Amazing communication! No issues. Quick 4 day fishing trip with my dad and brother. Couldn’t have asked for a closer place to the fly shop and to Main Street.

What a lovely property! The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great and the home was everything they promised it would be. It was only a block from Main Street and close to all the activities. It was a great place for our family to gather as we celebrated the wedding of one of our kids. Highly recommend the Sweet Retreat!
