This single-family home is a half mile walk to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & the Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a luxurious King Room, a cozy Queen Room, and a spacious Bunk House with four full beds. The Queen and Bunk House share a full bathroom equipped with a large tub, while the Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. Every room is designed for comfort, featuring ceiling or floor fans (sometimes both) to ensure optimal airflow and calming white noise. Soundproof insulation has been added between rooms to guarantee a peaceful, restful night for all guests.
Ample parking is available for all visitors, with street parking out front, or space for larger vehicles, like RVs, in the deep back driveway (40’) off the ally.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond, very clean and comfortable house with great outdoor spaces. Near great shops and restaurants. bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with many extras and essentials. Beautiful mountain views out the windows. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Clean, easy communication, walkable to everything, really enjoyed every part of being there for a few perfect days in BV! The only minus was the tankless hot water heater waking up at 515 but I’m a light sleeper

This was the perfect place for a group of homeschool moms to celebrate the end of the school year. The property was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Everyone had a place to sleep that was comfortable. Being so close to downtown, we could walk to get meals, explore shopping, and walking trails along the river. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. Will definitely stay again for future visits.

The home lives bigger than expected. The house was very clean and had everything--every detail was thought of. We had a fantastic stay here. Location is great too!
