Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the condo has an open and comfortable layout designed for families, couples, and friends traveling together.

Lake Taneycomo is the star of the show! Enjoy beautiful water views from the living room, private balcony, and primary bedroom. Open the sliding doors, take dinner outside, or unwind on the balcony after a day exploring Branson.

No one has to settle for the small bed! All three bedrooms feature King-size beds, making this condo especially comfortable for couples and adult groups.
The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The other two King bedrooms share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

• Seasonal pool: Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Elevator access: The condo is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator or stairs
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
• No parties
• No pets
• The condo itself is part of a new-construction addition completed in 2023. The elevator, stairs and pool are part of the original Briarwood building constructed in 2007.
