Welcome to your new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beautiful Lake Taneycomo! Located in a serene setting, this property offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and natural beauty.
As you step inside your 3rd floor condo (accessible by an elevator), you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts large windows and abundant natural light. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area features a six person table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones. Or you can open the sliding doors and take dinner outside to enjoy the sunset views of Lake Taneycomo.
The three bedrooms are generously sized and offer plenty of closet space. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom, which also features modern fixtures and finishes.

-No smoking of any kind in the condo or on the deck
-No parties or pets
-This condo is part of a new construction addition built in 2023. It was added onto the original Briarwood built in 2007. The elevator/stairs/pool were all part of the original 2007 construction.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this VRBO! The condo was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of wildlife on the drive in. It was perfectly situated—just minutes from the convention center where our daughter competed at dance nationals, and close to great restaurants, antique stores, and charming downtown shops. The pool was a refreshing bonus, and the condo had everything we needed, including an icemaker, coffee, towels, and comfy bed/bedding. Communication with the host was outstanding, especially during a storm when we briefly lost power. Highly recommend this property—we’d absolutely stay again!

The rental was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our teens. The condo was immaculate and fully supplied to provide a comfortable stay. The location was great and the patio had amazing views. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to rent again.
