Soak in the views of the lake and the majesty of the Ozark landscape out on the private, covered balcony, with plenty of seating for your whole party to enjoy. Indoors, the open concept allows the outdoors to remain in view through large, picturesque windows. A sophisticated living room is a hub of entertainment, featuring multiple seating options, such as the plush sofa with two chaise lounges, a mounted smart TV, and electric fireplace ideal for cozying up during cooler nights.
The connected kitchen is fully equipped with glossy black countertops, stainless-steel appliances, toaster, and coffee maker, ready for your resident chef to prepare a home-cooked meal. Utilize the roomy counterspace to serve afternoon hors d’oeuvres or for casual dining at the available seating for 4. Family games or a more formal meal can be had at the dining room table just behind the living room, seating an additional 4.
This studio home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
- Bedroom #1 includes four twin-size beds in bunk format as well as a smart TV.
- Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed and smart TV.
- Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. This room also includes direct access to the home’s balcony.
The home also includes a 2nd bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit with 54 stair steps to the entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- No boat slip included.
- Community hot tub is not functioning at this time.
- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

We love this location and have stayed in several different condos. This was first time in this condo. Inside was clean and well decorated however furniture was not comfortable. (Husband and I are both in our 70s) A recliner or easy chair would have been nice. The balcony at first looked like a good place to read and relax but all the furniture was filthy. Tons of cobwebs and insect droppings. I realize that this unit is in a wooded and lakeside setting with lots of insects but cleaning of the balcony and balcony furniture had not been done in a long time. If you’re going to charge for cleaning make sure it’s clean for the next guest. Comfortable furniture is a must. We still had a nice vacation and will visit the area again.
