Inside, the lake-centric theme continues throughout the home, keeping you rooted in relaxation. Located just minutes from bustling downtown Branson and other main area attractions, this home truly has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation.
The open floor plan is both spacious enough for your group to spread out while also keeping you connected. The living room containing a large sofa, smart TV, and cozy fireplace doubles as the center of all the action, whether it be a movie night or catching a game featuring your favorite sports team. The newly updated kitchen allows for casual meals and conversation with optional counter-top stool seating for 4. If you’re in the mood to whip up a larger meal, the kitchen, with its shiny black countertops and stainless-steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you may need and more. When it’s time to enjoy that meal, take it to the dining room table with seating for 7, also the perfect location for a rowdy game of cards. All the while, the views from the balcony remain the focal point of the space, beckoning you to come back outside.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room:

- Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
- The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-in unit – no stairs required.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Seasonal outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This place is moments from the landing, downtown Hollister and hwy 76 which gets you anywhere you need to go in Branson ….yet you will feel tucked away and tranquil overlooking the lake on the deck. Beds and linens are very nice, soft and high end.
With two king beds it’s great for 2 families or family plus grandparents. And the kids bunk room is perfect.

The unit itself looks and functions well and is stocked with what you need. The communication with management was very good. The bad part was we had very loud people above us, you could hear every foot step and their four kids were constantly running and jumping. The parents were playing loud music, etc. The bed in master was terrible, made loud noises everytime you moved, and was not very comfortable. The couch in living room was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sit on. The internet went out a couple of times and the cell service was too poor for the internet to function on our phones. We ended up leaving a day early.
