It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.

The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. We did not use the kitchen to cook. The refrigerator worked well and the washer and dryer worked as well. The only one small gripe was there were no washcloths provided-not a deal breaker for sure. The host was slow to respond for a few questions, but she did respond and answered them. We really have no complaints-the price was good for what we needed- a clean place to sleep. If you are going to be out and about most of the time and want a close by clean and quiet place to sleep this would be a great place. No air conditioning did not bother us as it cooled down at night. We would stay at this place again as it suited our needs just fine.

The house was perfect and had everything I needed. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The furniture in the ad was not the furniture in the house. The futon was torn and not comfortable to sleep on. Couldn’t ever find how to bring light into the living room area. Did like the proximity, made it super convenient.
