The villa has satellite TV, internet, a baby bed, a highchair, and portable fans on the second floor.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
Villa Belforte is on a beautiful hillside not far from Pistoia and is surrounded by olive and fruit trees, such as delicious quince trees. The large garden (around 6000 sq. m.) is full of vases, cypress trees and many other plants and is completely enclosed by two gates, a metal fence and bushes. Guests will find two football goals in front of the house and, on a slightly lower level, reachable via a stone staircase, a rectangular swimming pool, 12 m long and 4.8 m wide with a depth of 1.4 metres, complete with sunbeds and a large beach umbrella, as well as an outdoor shower, a gazebo for outdoor meals and a stonework barbecue. The entire outdoor area is well-kept and maintained. Parking within the property.
Interior
The owners of the villa renovated it in 1990 and chose to maintain its rustic charm, while adding precious elements such as new cotto and stone flooring, as well as the marble and ceramic in the bathrooms. The water and electricity works have all been recently installed. The ground floor leads to a spacious living room with an elegant wooden table, white leather sofas, a satellite TV and an ornamental fireplace; on the right there is a beautiful “winter garden” with wickerwork sofas, a billiard table and large wrought-iron windows which lead directly to the garden in front of the first gate; on the left of the hallway there is an elegant bookshelf with antique books, as well as two double bedrooms with direct outdoor access, a bathroom with shower with lightly coloured marble and blue ceramic and a washing room.
Five ramps of stone stairs lead to the second floor with a dining room with sofas, satellite TV and ornamental fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. On this floor you will also find double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, one with shower and bathtub with grey and dark red marble, the other with shower, green marble and white ceramic. An outdoor staircase leads to a beautiful panoramic terrace on the first floor with an iron table and chairs.

Villa Belforte is on the hills close to Pistoia in a residential area, surrounded by olive and fruit trees and boasting a great view, making it perfect for those looking for relax, nature or sport.

Lamporecchio is a small town in the province of Pistoia, between the Valdinievole valley and Montalbano, a homely area which has maintained its untouched beauty over the centuries. It boasts all kinds of shops and a weekly market in the main square, just a few kilometres from Pistoia. The area is famous for Montalbano DOCG wine and extra virgin IGP Tuscan olive oil. Other towns like Larciano, Vinci, Empoli, San Miniato, Padule di Fucecchio and Montecatini Terme are all a short drive away. Florence is about an hour’s drive away, Lucca about 40 minutes.
