The outdoor spaces extend over an area of ​​approximately 470 sq.mt and are characterized by a partially fenced and very well-kept garden. In the garden in front of the villa there are stairs leading down to a beautiful lawn in a quiet and very panoramic position where the rectangular swimming pool measuring 8x4 with a depth of 1.53 meters is located. The solarium area develops around the swimming pool, which is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and a shower with cold water. At guests' disposal a beautiful loggia equipped as a sitting area with table and chairs for open-air dinners and a portable barbecue. Parking is located inside the property.Interior
Villa Uliveta is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area which create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details to provide guests with every comfort. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, large satellite TV, ornamental fireplace and with outdoor access, spacious dining room with outdoor access, large, very well equipped kitchen with outdoor access, a service bathroom. On the first floor, which is accessed via a beautiful internal staircase, there are 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedded rooms each with bathroom with shower. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. 20 meters from the villa, near the reception, there is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) shared with other guests.

Villa l'Uliveta is located in small hamlet in a hilly position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Lamporecchio is just 3 km from the villa.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of October. The final cleaning fee must be paid upon check-in by credit card only. For a larger number of people, it is possible to rent Villa il Fienile, located adjacently, together with Villa Uliveta, for a total of 13 people and with 2 private swimming pools. Access via 1 km of dirt road in good condition.
Arrivals must be between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
