About this campground/ rv resort rental
Come and enjoy a beautiful waterfront home on the deepest part of Lake Placid. Our place has water all year round and levels are stable. The water comes right up to the dock and we have plenty of watersports gear for you to enjoy! Kayaks and fishing gear are provided. Only 10 minutes from downtown, you can enjoy the river while staying close to all the amenities that Seguin has to offer.

The waterfront on our property is one of the best parts of the home. There is always water and it is deep enough to swim, fish, kayak, and tube. Don't forget to check out Red Beard's Landing located just a few houses up where you can rent paddleboards, enjoy live music, and have a cocktail!

My husband and our 5 kiddos had a wonderful stay, super clean and feels like home. Backyard is amazing, great for BBQs and smores! The dock at the bottoms is so pretty and perfect for fishing, we did night fishing and the lights were an awesome touch! Loved having the kayaks so we could go down the river! We will definitely be back!

The house homey with a relaxing feel to it. Extremely spacious and simple. The big porch and backyard were great for barbecuing and relaxing. The stairs to the river and upper dock were extremely solid, with good room to fish. We are looking at our schedule to see when we can come back.

My family and I had a great stay. We loved everything about the house. So many beds to choose, board games, enough chairs to sit outside and enjoy the water, the fire, the outside breeze. It was a beautiful experience, thank you so much.
