Rental of the 1ST FLOOR of a house with two apartments.
Seasonal rental open all year round.
No need for a car, you can do everything on foot. You are 500 meters from the beaches and all shops.
The Vendée has plenty of beautiful places to discover.
On the day of your arrival, you will be asked to:
A deposit check of 1800 euros will be requested on arrival, returned on departure after a visit together.
A certificate of holiday insurance will be requested upon arrival at the rental.
The additional fees on your reservation to be paid on site are due for the tourist tax which is paid to the Town Hall of La Faute sur mer.
EDF is billed at 0.25 per kilowatt more over the period. We take a reading of the meter together.
DESCRIPTION OF THE 1ST FLOOR:
- composed of a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer a microwave and dishwasher, a living room with television, two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a 3rd bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin on a cabinet and washing machine, a toilet.
- PROVIDED: high chair, travel cot and cane stroller.
LA FAUTE SUR MER, between LA ROCHELLE AND LES SABLES D'OLONNE, you will enjoy the authentic charm of the fishing port of L'AIGUILLON SUR MER, night and day markets, a pine forest with hiking trails, picnic areas, fitness trails, immense fine sandy beaches under the name "les sables d'or", water sports, cycle paths.
You can also discover the retro coastline to discover the heritage of the Poitevin marshes, a multitude of varied landscapes, united by thousands of canals. From the dikes, along the water, a boat trip reveals all the magic of the Green Venice. The unforgettable course and show of the PUY DU FOU, very renowned for its quality of staging the wars of the Vendée, the famous history of the Chouans. Holidays with family or friends, the Vendée is a real well-being to experience moments of pure happiness. The nature reserve of La Pointe d'Arçay forms with its beaches a peninsula where you can discover its exceptional fauna and flora, naturist beaches away from the other beaches.
