House nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac, come and discover this house completely renovated with taste in 2021. Here, everything is done on foot: the beach and the animation of the city center are only 5 minutes away.

The house is designed for everyone's comfort with well-distributed sleeping areas:
- On the first floor:
Bedroom 1: A cocoon with double bed (140 cm).
Bedroom 2: The "tribe room" with a mezzanine bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm).
Amenities: Bathroom with bath and washing machine, separate toilet.
- Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (ideal for children or friends).
Bedroom 4: A comfortable double bed (140 cm).
Amenities: A bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.
👉Concierge Services (La Chouette Vendéenne)
In order to facilitate your stay, the end-of-stay cleaning can be carried out by you or entrusted to the concierge service.
Optional services (to be booked and paid for before your arrival):
