You will appreciate the large living room, composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area including a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people which will allow you to enjoy good times all together before relaxing in the lounge area equipped with a 140 cm TV overlooking the terrace and the garden.

-A second bedroom with a Queen size bed 160x200 with dresser for storage
-A third bedroom with four bunk beds 80x190, ideal for children with shelves and bed drawer for storage.

The house has a bathroom equipped with a shower, a toilet and a double vanity unit, providing a practical space for the whole family.

🌿 A garden with a beautiful terrace

The house has a pleasant garden with a large terrace of about 50 m², ideal for taking full advantage of the sunny days.

Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy meals and moments of conviviality outside, even when the sun is more intense.

You will find:

- 🛋️ An outdoor lounge with 4 armchairs
- ☀️ 2 deckchairs and a maxi beanbag to relax and enjoy the garden.

A friendly outdoor area equipped with an electric Weber barbecue where you can enjoy your meals, share an aperitif during a game of darts or simply relax after a day of exploring the region.

The house benefits from an ideal location in the center of L'Aiguillon sur mer. You will be 5 minutes walk from the two lakes (Splash game and Atlantic wake park), the Port (fish and seafood merchants), the funfair in July and August as well as restaurants, bars, bakeries, mini-market (proxi), weekly market, pharmacy.
The Skate Park as well as the children's park is also nearby.
The golf course of the peninsula located between the Lay and the ocean is 2km away.
For larger races, the Super U is 1.5 km away.

🌊 The beaches are about 1.5 kilometers away (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bike), as well as the center of La Faute sur mer (Casino, bars, restaurants, shops...)

To give you more freedom and flexibility, the arrival in the house is done independently thanks to a key box.
The necessary information to access the accommodation will be communicated to you before your arrival.

🚗 Private parking

You have private parking for up to 2 cars.
⚠️ Please note: the garage is not accessible to travellers. Parking is only on the outdoor part provided for this purpose.

📹 Video surveillance system

For security reasons, a surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to the house.
The camera is located outside the home and helps secure access to the house.

Bed linen and linen are provided for your stay.
⚠️ Towels are not provided. We therefore invite you to bring your own towels.

🧹 Cleaning and departure

In order to ensure a pleasant accommodation for all travelers, we ask that you return the house clean and tidy as when you arrived.

If you prefer to make the most of your stay without worrying about end-of-stay cleaning, we can offer you a cleaning package at a rate of €90.
