This two-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Please do not place any real wood into the fireplace anytime or for any reason. Guests will enjoy air conditioning in the main living area during the summer season.

Enhanced site lighting, manicured landscaping, new mailboxes, and convenient unit and bike storage further elevate the experience, making Shadow Mountain a rejuvenated gem in the heart of Aspen.
Each condominium spans two levels and offers stunning views of downtown Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. While each unit boasts its own unique decor, many include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, fireplaces, flatscreen TVs, air conditioning, and washer/dryer amenities.
Guests of Shadow Mountain Condos receive housekeeping, concierge services, and complimentary Aspen Airport transfers. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours).
