The renovations and amenities here are five star! The concierge, doormen, valet, and housekeepers all do everything to take care of you. They have cars and shuttle service as well. Our fireplace wasn’t coming on and we needed a new stopper for the tub and the maintenance resolved the issues in just a few minutes. It was as nice as staying at the st Regis and a fraction of the price. The only difference is that you don’t have the room service and restaurants but the concierge helps you with reservations. Highly recommend!!
