About this cottage rental
If you and your family are looking for a private, lakeside getaway this is it. Enjoy mornings on the deck overlooking the lake, days on the pristine water of Lake Paul and evenings on the expansive patio. Our cottage sleeps 8 comfortably with 4 separate and spacious bedrooms. With more than 175 feet of lake frontage, a soft sandy shore beach and a dock it’s the perfect place for swimming, boating, fishing and just floating around.
The space
-newly renovated throughout
-designed for maximum views and exposure to the lake
-surrounded by crown land, mostly natural views and few cottages
-large private, well treed property
-private dock great for canoe or outboard boats. Water can become very shallow mid season.
-private beach with soft sand for the kids
-massive patio overlooking the water
-large covered patio section great for shade and cover when it rains
-BBQ (propane is provided) and fire pit (bring your own wood for fires)
-fully equipped kitchen with two ovens for making large meals
-the lake is great for paddling or power boating
-at the right times of the year, the fishing is great (bass and pickerel)
Rooms
-3 bedrooms are upstairs
-two upstairs bedrooms have direct door access from inside room to bathroom
-bunk beds are in downstairs bedroom
-laundry is in downstairs bathroom
Internet and WIFI
-generally works well for netflix, etc
-may not always work perfectly for online gaming
-supplied by starlink
Guest access
-full access to main house including laundry
-lots of parking
-guest have access to unlocked shed that contains life jackets and two children’s sized kayaks.
-no access to separate garage on property
Other things to note
Please set you cell phones to wifi calling prior to arrival. This will ensure you can use your cell at our cottage. As there is limited or no cellular phone coverage on the property***
-wifi is readily available and so is a landline. WIFI is provided by starlink speed and works for streaming but heavy use of multiple video calls, etc will cause lagging.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Paul. It is a lovely cottage and location. Very spacious, with great areas to gather or have quiet time alone. Clean and plenty linens and dinnerware. Lots of fans and propane. Enjoyed coffee bar. Lots of games, DVDs for kids. Girls enjoyed boogie boards.
