Lakefront beautiful property in a very private area. An hour drive from Halifax.

We were impressed with this bright and spacious home. We had the best family vacation week! Cant wait till they have a new ping pong table in the family room basement. Despite the NS drought, we swam every day, and enjoyed the trickle of a river for catching minnows, a turtle and toads. We thought it was a great week in a great place that became our home for a week.

Great, private location accommodating our large group. Nice central location as a jumping off point for day trips throughout Nova Scotia, most sites within 1hr. Highly recommend! A

Great place! Much space. The kids loved the table tennis.

Over all the cottage was nice and the location was great but the cottage was lacking in a few aerie's, ie cleaning and maintenance, The toilets especially had not been cleaned, two of the three toilets needed repair, boards on the lower deck need replacement. There were no cleaning supplies or toilet paper left out for our use, after a few day we had to contacted the owner who gave us permission to purchase what we needed and he would reimburse us the cost which he did.
