About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to present this air-conditioned apartment in Corbara, renovated in 2023, offering exceptional sea and mountain views. It measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 2,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living area with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail
- Bedroom 2: a bed (150x200cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail
Additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- The apartment is set within a large plot. The garden features typical Corsican vegetation, including oak trees, olive trees, oleander bushes and cacti.
- The private terrace is surrounded by oak trees, offering a magnificent view of the bay and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, with spacious hillside grounds, overlooking one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches and offering the guarantee of unforgettable sunsets.
A large Leclerc supermarket and a market selling local produce are 300m away. A wine and drinks market is 500m away.
Activities:
The town centre of L’Île-Rousse is 1.7 km away. There you can visit the magnificent old town, go shopping and find many interesting restaurants and cafés. On the two beaches in the bay, just a few minutes away, you can sunbathe (a small section is also designated as a nudist area), go surfing and windsurfing. In the town, there is a large square for playing pétanque, a diving club, several tennis courts and a squash centre.
Nearby events:
- Regular concerts, including traditional Corsican singing in Ile Rousse and the surrounding villages.
- International pétanque tournaments and funfairs
- The Pigna amphitheatre with regular events
