About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Ile-Rousse, this charming 59 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain view and small sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, microwave, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 10 m² terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: L'île-Rousse train station, about 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport, about 20 minutes by car / Bastia Poretta airport, about 1 hour 10 minutes by car

Serena The apartment is located in a brand-new residential complex. It is clean, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It is mostly surrounded by asphalt and concrete, but you can visit beautiful places by car. The apartment comes with its own parking space, and the supermarket can be reached in a few minutes. There was no problem with communication.
