Jemaa el Fna Square is an 8-minute drive away, and the Menara Mall is a 5-minute drive away.
You’ll enjoy a wonderful setting surrounded by lush gardens and mountains on the horizon. Love to go for walks? You’ll find what you’re looking for with a trail stretching over 10 km.

This beautiful 90m² apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator); it can accommodate 5 people (4 adults and 1 infant) and consists of:
- A large, bright living room opening onto a lush garden, with views of the pool and the golf course. You’ll be welcomed into a tasteful and chic setting with a few oriental touches.
- A fully equipped kitchen with ample storage and all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. You’ll quickly feel right at home here!
- A suite with a double bed, a large built-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A bedroom with two single beds and a built-in closet.
- A second bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, basic kitchenware, stovetop)

Parking is free and secure in front of the residence building.
A hotel-quality cleaning service is performed before your arrival and after your departure
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a Welbnb concierge who will provide you with the keys. They will be available throughout your stay.
Located in the Musc Garden neighborhood, the residence is about ten minutes from all of Marrakech’s top tourist attractions (the Medina, Jemaa El Fna Square, Gueliz, El Badii Palace, El Bahia Palace, etc.).
Located between the Menara Mall and Al Mazar, it takes just five minutes to reach these shopping centers.
The accommodations are close to downtown. The Menara Mall is just a 5-minute drive away. You can take a taxi to downtown or Jemaa el-Fna for 25 DH/30 DH, or 2.5€/3€.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM only.
Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 100 DH
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 200 DH
IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our valued guests that:
- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.
- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal prosecution.
- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.
- If the rules regarding disturbances are not followed, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.
- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.
- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence’s rules.
- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
