-In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed-nationality couples (where one spouse is a Moroccan national) must present a marriage certificate at check-in

-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-We remind you that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly conduct rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
